Bibles Together With Christian Books Will Enhance Your Faith Experience
While many are looking for the truth, do not forget to look to the first source of truth: your bibles. I recent times, a good number of Christians have started to seek fulfillment and motivation to live Godly lives from a number of areas. I am one of these people, and I hope you are, also. Don’t get me wrong; this is no to say that daily devotion, Christian books and Christian movies aren’t beneficial just as bibles are.
Growing up, I have fond memories of my mother’s bible; it was the most tattered and heavily-used bible I had ever seen. I can’t recall a Sunday where she was without her bible during church service. Simply put, she had an avid desire for God’s truth, and her bible was a testimony to this desire. As I look back upon this experience, I realize that her actions set a very good example for me and my siblings. These actions taught me to look to my bible first when searching for the truth, and then look to secondary Christian literature and other works (e.g., Christian literature and Christian movies) to strengthen biblical guidance.
Now that I am older, I love to buy Christian living gear that includes things like music, DVDs, audio bibles, home dcor, clothing, crafts and a whole lot more. As the years have passed and I have grown into a young woman, I especially like to read daily devotionals that pertain to encouraging messages for women found in the bible. Other items I enjoy purchasing include accessories such as bible covers and bible carriers. And during Christmastime, I like purchasing gifts for all of my friends and loved ones.
In addition, I also purchase books and works from my favorite Christian authors and Christian musicians. I have found online shopping easiest, as you can have your purchased items shipped straight to your home. It is so much easier to buy online because there are search-able industries and you can locate hard-to-find merchandise. And the icing on the cake: my online queries have also allowed me to locate Christian communities in my area. I feel very blessed by this experience, and I have made some really good friends.
As you continue your quest for God’s truth, I encourage you to read your bibles and to supplement this truth with Christian living gear.
